今日は、なんちゃってイタリアンです。

美味しかったです。

1本目 シャトー フォングラーヴ ロゼ 2022  1,580円

ボルドー・ガロンヌ河上流域のサンマケール地区でサステイナブル農法で栽培されたメルロー100％で仕込まれたロゼワイン。

淡いピンク色、ラズベリーを思わせるフレッシュでチャーミングな赤い果実の風味があふれます。

はじめ軽めのタッチでありながら、飲むほどに余韻の深まる本格的なワインの味わい。

このロゼ、すごく美味しいです。

2本目 シャトー フィングラーヴ ブラン 2020  1,580円

今日の2本目は白ワイン。

珍しいセミヨン100%のボルドー辛口白ワイン。

まず口に含むとその肉厚な果実味に驚きます。

穏やかな酸、ハーブを思わせる香ばしいフレーバー、滋味あふれるミネラル感。

このヴィンテージ、とても良い出来です。

ボルドーの白ワイン、美味しいですよ。

Today, it’s my Italian dishes.

It was delicious.

1st Chateau Fongrave Rose 2022 1,580 yen

It is a rose wine made from100% Merlot grown in the

Saint-Macaire area of the upper Bordeaux-Garonne River using sustainable farming methods.

The color is pale pink.

I felt full of fresh and charming red fruit flavor reminiscent of raspberries.

Although it has a light touch at the beginning, the taste of authentic wine deepens the aftertaste as you drink it.

This rose is very tasty.

2nd Chateau Fongrave Blanc 2020 1,580 yen

Today’s second bottle is white wine.

It is a rare Semillon 100% Bordeaux dry white wine.

First of all, when you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised by its thick fruitiness.

I also felt mild acidity, savory flavor reminiscent of herbs and rich minerality.

This vintage is very good.

Bordeaux white wine is delicious.
