甘エビ、ヒラメ、ホタルイカ、カンパチのお刺身

アスパラガスとスナックエンドウのサラダ

和牛モモ肉のロースト 赤ワインソース、マッシュポテト添え

肉、うめー。

1本目 ヴァンサン ブーケ ソーヴィニヨンブラン 2013 サンプル試飲
ラングドックから届いたデイリークラスのサンプル。
カチンとした辛口。ミネラル感たっぷり。
うん、美味しいですね。飲みあきしない良質なワインと見ました。

2本目 ヴァンサン ブーケ メルロー 2013 サンプル試飲
お、このメルローも美味しい。
このクラスにありがちな、エグ味とか、やっつけ大量生産の味は、皆無です。
じゅくっとした果実味がいっぱい。
2013年だから、当然若い。船で１ヶ月半ゆられると、ちょうど飲み頃かな。
最近、南フランスからの新製品がないので、これいってみましょうか。

1st Vincent Bouquet Sauvignon Blanc 2013 Sample tasting
I received this sample bottle from Languedoc.
It was a dry and crispy white wine
I also felt nice minerals.
I think it is a very good wine.

2nd Vincent Bouquet Merlot 2013 Sample tasting
Oh! This Merlot is also tasty.
There are no bad tastes that same class wines often have.
I felt jamy red and black fruits taste.
It is too young as the vintage is 2013.
I suppose it will be better after one month travel on the ship.
