新たな人脈を作るべく、アディダスのランベースへ行ってきました。　低価格で設備がきちんとしていてお勧めです。　月曜日の皇居は人も少なくて走りやすいし、最高でした！！　今度ナベランはここで開催しよう（＾＾）帰りに仲間と飲んだ「丸陣」のおでん！！　美味しかった！！　楽しい話で盛り上がりました！！ちょっとはしゃぎ過ぎたせいで今朝から熱発と二日酔いで・・・・Ｏｒｚ

ベイクォータの「ALOHA TABLE」で仲間と食事。
楽しい一時を過ごしました。

ここの店ではロコモコやロミロミ・サーモンといったハワイのローカルフードから
彩のトロピカルカクテルが楽しめ、凄く落ち着いた空間です。

又、テラスから見えるベイエリアも最高！！

On Friday!!
