1月は義実家帰省から戻ったあと、3週連続で講座とその課題があって、更には英会話も1日1レッスン分のコインが付与されるから何とか3週で20回受けて(眠れないから、半分以上朝に
)、そしてやっとアンガーコントロールスペシャリストの検定試験回答を提出📪
アンガーマネのテキストを振り返ると、自尊感情とかマインドフルネスとか、幸せ🍀の感度を上げるとか、来月からの新しい講座にもつながるし、一生かけて理解していきたいことだなと改めて思いました。
そんなタイミングでこちらの本が図書館から到着🏫
まだおもしろい本を読んでる中、

著者の前野隆司教授は「幸福学の第一人者」と本の表紙にも書いてありますが、慶応大学大学院教授で同ウェルビーイングリサーチセンター長兼任。更には4月から新設される武蔵野大学ウェルビーイング学部長も兼任されます。
23年度下期に3つ資格取ったら、来期は大学の科目等履修生になるべくいろいろ調べていたのですが、アカデミックな世界はなかなかオンラインや通信制も学びたい内容によっては少なく。こちらもまだ新設なので。いつか吉祥寺界隈でウェルビーイングを学ぶおばあちゃんになりたいです←ビジョンが長期過ぎる
ちなみに教員にはDEIで有名なユニリーバの人事をやっていた島田由香さんも。あと、武蔵野大学にはアントレプレナーシップ学部もありますが、この変化の激しい時代に必要な人財要件に「アントレプレナーシップ」を追加したという企業もありました。
さて、我が家に実家から搬送したピアノもありますが、その前に私の母から電子ピアノももらっていて、いろんな曲が入っていて楽しいです。が、ピアノが来てからは2階に置いてあり、娘の部屋はまだエアコンがないので寒くて最近触っていませんでした❄️
今日は夫が資格試験勉強なのでワンオペなので、久しぶりにピアノしたり将棋したりしています。(そして、雪の公園に遊びにきた夕方⛄

ちなみにズボラ過ぎて、🎹どちらも立ちながら弾いています

そして上の子、「学童止めたい」はたまに言っており(私立でガッツリ勉強系)、3年生から週1は学童お休みすることで手を打ちました。1ヶ月たった1.2万円なので、日割りの仕組みもありませんが。
ということで、引き続きリビング学習するような気もしますが、ようやく学習机を買うことに。
夫と息子でサクッと決めてしまい、一瞬しか見てないのでどんなの来るかな
