横隔膜と胸郭出口には密接な関係があります。胸郭出口に問題がある場合は、横隔膜の機能と筋膜をチェックしてみてください。胸郭出口だけを見ていてはいけません。
There is a close relationship between the diaphragm and the thoracic outlet. That means, if you have thoracic outlet issues always check the diaphragm function and fascia. Do not just look at the thoracic outlet.
