子どもたちがお友達の家へお泊り。

My children stayed over night at their friend's house.

急にできた自由時間。主人と一緒にコザのブッチャーへ行ってきた。

This is unexpected, but sudden I have free all night. So, I and my husband went to Butcher & Grill Bar in Koza, Okinawa city.

 

 

 

 

ゆったりと、しかもご飯をじっくり食べられる。

ご飯の美味しさをちゃんと味わえる。

It's been a while, we actually can tast the food at the resturant with my husbandl0l.

*Normally, if we with our children, one of us have to feed them or watch them, so we don't rember the flavor or taste at the fancy resturant. 

 

まずは、生ハムと島野菜のシーザーサラダ ワサビ風味

First, we ordered prosciutto and Island Vegetable Caesar Salad with Wasabi Flavor.

 

ドレッシングが、ほんのりとワサビ味。生ハムの塩気とほどよく、あっという間に完食。

The dressing has a slightly wasabi flavor. It pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the prosciutto, they are all gone fast.

 

 

お次は、ムール貝のトマト煮込み。トマトとニンニクの組み合わせは最強でした。

The next dish was mussels stewed in tomato sauce. The combination of tomato and garlic was absolutely perfect.

 

私の主人は牛ステーキを。ソースの美味しさと、肉の柔らかさといい。

主人はペロッと平らげて、大満足。

My husband had the beef steak. The sauce was delicious, and the meat was tender.  He ate it all up and was very satisfied.

 

そんな私は、鶏肉の塩麴漬けー黒酢ピリ辛ソースを頂きました。

ソースは程よく甘く、でもピリッと辛く。お肉の皮はパリッと焼かれていて、普段お肉の皮を食べない主人が美味しいと

言っていました。

I had the salted chicken marinated in koji with a spicy black vinegar sauce.

The sauce was pleasantly sweet yet nicely spicy. The skin was crispy, and even my husband, who usually doesn't eat chicken skin, said it was delicious.

 

最後に、今まで食べたフレンチトーストで一番美味しいフレンチトースト。

フレンチトーストの焼き加減と、ホイップの甘さ加減が完璧。

Finally, the most delicious French toast I've ever had.

The perfect level of toasting and the ideal sweetness of the whipped cream.

 

家へ帰って余韻に浸り、また次の日から子育て頑張ろうと思えた夜でした。

It was a night when I returned home, enjoyed the rest of the evening, and felt ready to tackle parenting again the next day.
