物価高の痛みが軽減される感じですね

とにかく守る
とにかく出を制す
これに尽きると言っても
過言ではありませんね
かと言って、
支出を全く無くしたらQOL
上がらないので、
費用対効果を見極める
ウォーレン・バフェットじゃないですが、
靴下でも株でも安い時に買う

I heard that water bills are expected to rise by about 30%.

protect your assets and control your expenditures.
It’s no exaggeration to say that’s the ultimate key.
That said, if we stop spending altogether, our Quality of Life (QOL) will suffer. The trick is to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of every expense.
As Warren Buffett says, whether it's socks or stocks, you buy them when they’re cheap.
Does that sound "cheap" or stingy?
Actually, many wealthy people live that way. (haha)
It’s like the "chicken or the egg" dilemma.
