“Remember, you are not a victim, and that your mental state is but a decision. It’s a choice you can make. You are encouraged to MAKE this decision as a necessary step toward greater mindfulness.

Forgive yourself when you choose to make yourself different from what you are, in Truth. Forgive yourself for believing that you COULD be different from what you were created to be, because, in Truth, this cannot be.

Don’t hold your thoughts–your mistakes–against yourself, but look on them with the Holy Spirit whose corrective Vision will set your mind straight again. You will experience this as you so CHOOSE.
