“Give up your judgments. Look to the Holy Spirit for Its Interpretation and breathe. Lighten up by GIVING UP your ideas. Be willing to accept something different instead.
Be kind, be gentle. If you are judging, you cannot be kind. Step aside and choose to operate from the Mind of Kindness (Which is also Peace) by giving up your own interpretations.
Forgiveness, always. Forgiveness is always the Answer, and forgiveness IS kindness. When you choose to forgive, you are choosing to listen to the Holy Spirit, Who Is in your Right Mind. When you choose forgiveness over blame, you not only release the situation, person, place, or thing from the illusion of entrapment, but you also release YOURSELF from the illusion of entrapment, and therefore you will FEEL better.
Open your mind to Love which comes from your decision to take Guidance from the Teacher of Love.
