“Change is a condition of the world. Things are always in flux; nothing here stays the same. Knowing this frees you. It is much easier to make peace with what is when you accept the fact that existence (your state of separation, i.e, your body, all form, all that is of the world, the dream) is temporary. Breathe into that.

Since nothing here is permanent, what is there to take seriously when to take seriously is an attempt to make impermanence permanent? And since you cannot make what is impermanent permanent, it can only cause frustration to try to do so. Wouldn’t you rather be at peace? We believe so. All is well.
