“Set your intentions at the beginning of the day and recall to mind your purpose. Purpose will see you through your day, as it is a shining light within, beckoning you forward in life.

Nothing here is permanent. Everything is in flux, so flow WITH it rather than push against it. Life can be good, as you remind yourself that everything of form (the world) is temporary. Only the Eternal is Perfect, and the Eternal is not of or in the world.

Be patient with yourself. Accepting the truth of the impermanence of worldly life frees you to be more kind and less judgmental. The body is not and cannot be permanent. It is as temporary as everything is in the illusion of your experience–your existence. Make peace with this and you will be more able to accept and be.

You are loved and Love Itself. This is permanent, this is eternal, and not of the world. Try to keep in mind that the world is but a dream. Be and breathe, and set your intention to awaken. All is well and you are free. Your freedom is an aspect of the Eternal.
