The most constructive thing you can do is make recognize it for what it is and release. Extend this understanding to those around you, knowing they are most likely experiencing the same thing and it will pass.”


If you think that you and those around you are experiencing dissonance, release it, allow yourself the space to fee and be back to your bright and shining self . I think that the dark you isn't your true self. We are all one in nature. A state of consonance is our true selfs. Be in consonance. Extend the state of consonance from you. Regain true mutual trust. 

 

At the demonstration I experienced this time, I was happy to see that there were so many friends. The hearts of all the people gathered there were the same. The WHO and the government, our enemies, have united us in our resistance against them. Everyone who participated in the demonstration was shining. Please shine too.

I think one become stronger when he try to protect someone or something other than himself. I think one who think he is weak are interested only in himself. Isn't there someone you want to protect? If there is someone you want to protect and you know that they are in danger, you will naturally take action to protect them. Protect someone and the beings you want to protect.
