“What is it that you want? If it is peace, then you must turn your mind–turn your attention–TO the Mind of Peace. Otherwise, you are back in thoughts of conflict, meaning your mind remains split, because you have chosen to listen to the TEACHER of split-mindedness.
Be and breathe, and at the same time, become more conscious of which thought system you have chosen. CHOOSE to listen to the One Mind that is Peace rather than choosing conflict. It should be very apparent which mind you have chosen by how you FEEL, as well as the consequences you’re experiencing.
If you’ve found you have chosen the wrong mind, stop and choose again. Don’t beat yourself up, don’t berate yourself, but simply choose again. “I must have become afraid because I chose wrongly. But I can choose again. I can change my mind. I can change which mind I am listening to.”
Accept the relief that comes when noticing you have made a wrong choice. Breathe into the release that comes as you choose to change your mind. You are a mind and not a body, so therefore you can always CHANGE your mind. Live in love by CHOOSING love.
