“Just for a day, try to ACCEPT rather than analyze, to appreciate rather than condemn. Decide to choose the Holy Spirit the moment you wake up in the morning. Make the decision to devote your day to miracles, to forgiveness, to love, to let go and be guided by God alone.

You may ask, “How do I do this when so many distractions come up throughout my day?” The distractions are but temptations away from the decision you made at the beginning of your day. Forgive, remind the mind of your decision to choose the Holy Spirit as your Guide, and let go. Your entire dream of living here is for the Holy Spirit to bring you Home. Pay attention to the guidance that comes from within, the feelings that you have, for your feelings are guidance.

Remember, you want to wake up from the dream of separation–the dream that you are what you are not. What You Are is innocent forever and eternally pure. Be at peace by choosing peace. Extend love in every moment of conscious awareness throughout your day. In fact, have a day of conscious awareness by setting your intentions–and thrive.
