“Take one step at a time; there’s no need to rush. Just breathe.

When the busy little ego mind gets going, ask yourself, “What is this for? What is this particular focus keeping me from being aware of, when all I want is my awareness of God, Who is Love, to grow and strengthen? Holy Spirit, be You in charge. Please show me what to think and what to do, etc. Please show me the Way. I am grateful in advance.”

Each of you has a particular area in which you seem to focus that draws you out of awareness of staying in the present moment. Pay attention to this and begin now to change your mind.

Set your intention to remain aware of Truth, and let this intention guide you. The answer, then, becomes apparent, because you are aware of the BLOCK to awareness. Trust and flow. Live in the present moment and love. Embrace what is and be.
