During the next few days, it is going to be of the utmost importance to maintain your balance. Each of you is walking your own path and there may be instances when you will have to remind yourself of this. Release any need you may have to knee-jerk reactions, understand that those around you could be easily triggered by what they do not understand and…breathe! As your Earth plane moves closer to peace, it may cause the negative to respond with loud protestations. “When you find yourself reacting to a seemingly external experience, ask yourself, “Would I do this to myself?” The reason for asking this is because your experiences are in your mind and reveal that a thought is ACTIVE in your mind. You may not physically act out the seeming situations you perceive, but you DO enact them in your mind via your thoughts when you BELIEVE your judgmental thoughts.

Forgiveness is the way out of these thoughts, which means to change your mind about whatever it is you perceive. Take the time to be conscious of your wrong mind in order to choose again. Make a decision to choose love over fear, peace over conflict, forgiveness over blame, and breathe.
