You really want to get a handle on your mind and emotions by handing it all over to the One Who Knows, the Holy Spirit. Remember, you are NOT your thoughts or your emotions. Thought and emotions do not actually touch Who You Really Are, because Who You Really Are is simply Isness Itself. It is you without a story, meaning it is you without conditions and without barriers. Who You Really Are simply IS.
