For those of you who have not received the memo: this current shift is all about cleansing. The old, old stuff coming up for clearing now may make you very emotional and it is extremely important to treat yourself gently. Allowing yourself the time and space to process properly and taking great care to be consciously aware that others may be doing the same. Deep healing is occurring for humanity!
