Today’s channeled message from the Master Jesus:

“Your own mind is your ticket to freedom or your road to imprisonment. Imprisonment is a state of mind, just as freedom is.

If you find yourself feeling imprisoned in any way, turn to the contents of your mind rather than externals. Nothing outside of you is doing anything to you, but instead, it is your own patterns of thinking, and you can always change your thinking. This is where your true power is–your God-GIVEN power!

It is up to you to choose what state of mind you want to experience. A mind of peace or one of conflict? Choose to practice the state of mind of freedom, rather than choose to practice a mind of imprisonment. Which would you like to experience? It is so simple.

Blame nothing outside of your own mind for your experiences or for your feelings, but at the same time, do not blame yourself. Do acknowledge your mind’s responsibility for first choosing the experiences, and then lovingly forgive your mind. Your mind can always be changed.
