As you grow and gain knowledge, the voice of The Universe will become more distinct and understandable. Just like anything else on your Earth plane, if you choose to practice, that particular skill will become stronger. Those around you are awakening every day on a scale never seen before and many of the messages received are similar in nature. “Practice releasing yourself from your triggers rather than continuing to hold onto them, which means to practice NOT giving your power over to anyone or anything external to you. It is always your own interpretation that is the cause of your upset–as well the cause of your ENJOYMENT!

Discomfort and enjoyment are opposite sides of the same coin–the coin being illusion, a simulation, a shadow of Real Reality. So what can you do? Change your mind and change your interpretation, which is to change which part of your mind you are listening to. Be and breathe and choose again.

It is never the world that disturbs you, but your decisions to judge. You are not a victim of the world, but of your own decisions, instead, which you can always change. Take the time to tune into your Self, remembering that your Self is Peace, Love, Forgiveness, and the like.
