Today’s channeled message from the Master Jesus:

“"What is this for? What is the purpose that I have given this (whatever it is you seem to be doing, thinking, etc.)?"

When you ask yourself these kinds of questions you begin to put distance between yourself and the activity that appears to be going on. That distance gives you the room to change your mind about the experience because you do not feel so IDENTIFIED with it. Remember, you are the mind that is dreaming and not the figure in the dream. Being the dreamer, you can ALWAYS change your mind and choose again.

Ask yourself with which mind you are working with? Your choices are always between but two: the ego mind which is confusion and conflict, or the Holy Spirit, Who Is Clarity and Peace. Remember, you want to awaken from the dream, and not keep the dream going, by making it nicer for you.

Give your mind over to be guided by the Holy Spirit and follow Its Guidance. Be and breathe, and remain mindful rather than falling back into mindlessness. But if you find you’ve reverted to mindlessness, then smile, forgive yourself, and choose again. All is well, in Truth, so align with the Mind of Truth, the Holy Spirit, and be.
