Shifting

As the incoming energy arrives and increases, you could feel a bit overwhelmed. This, being the biggest of the shifts so far, may bring up things you were not expecting. It is suggested that you do your best to stay in as calm a state as possible, remember to ground yourself and know that huge amounts of knowledge are arriving every moment. There is no need for you to do anything special…just being yourself will do.

It is also important to keep in mind that as you learn and grow, certain things you have become comfortable and familiar with may fade from your life, changes you were not expecting will happen and communication with your fellow humans may be a bit more challenging. “Remember, you are not a body–nor is anyone. You are a mind, and being such, you have the ability to choose. Be at peace by once again CHOOSING peace.

It is literally this simple, but remember this does not make it easy. Your difficulty arises because you are so practiced in the opposite of peace, which can be felt as discord within your physical and emotional experience. See it as false, and nothing else.

Know that you, in your Right Mind, can indeed decide for a change of mind. To establish the solid foundation you so need, you must practice the new decision over and over again, until the new pattern is solidly established.Be kind to yourself, and notice where the mind has a tendency to fall back into its old, outdated patterns of reacting. Choose to change your mind, and choose healing instead of pain.

Breathe and be, extend forgiveness, and accept forgiveness. Forgiveness is shared when you accept it for yourself. This takes practice. Practicing Truth is why you are here. This is salvation, this is forgiveness.
