Put It To Rest

It is finally time to put to rest the voices that have been telling you that you are less than perfect. Those memories, looping tapes and feelings are not yours, dearest! They belong to another time, another place or another person who was in denial about their own issues and chose to give them to you. Does that make sense? The Universe is always on hand to help you see what is truly yours and that which was given to you when you felt it was the only way to be loved on your Earth plane. It may take some work, however, it can be done. You have the knowledge, wisdom and power to make it so! “Kindness towards yourself. Lighten up and be. Child of Love, you are loved and loving and lovable. What we see in you is only Love, which is only Light. This is what you truly are.

The way in which to perceive yourself as Love is to see Love, rather than its opposite in yourself. Reinforce this in yourself, choose to perceive this same Love and Light in all. See yourself not as different from your brothers and sisters, but, at your core, you are the same. Your opinions and your bodies may differ, but opinions and bodies are not but illusion.

Look beyond the body, which is to look with the Holy Spirit, Who sees the illusion, knows it is false and dismisses it, and looks only to Truth. Extend forgiveness, always, without exception.
