Take A Moment To Think
As you receive your upgrades, a bit of your old self may come out as a means of self-protection. One of the things you need to remember is that everyone is experiencing their own version of this and will respond in different ways. Again, practicing your new skills may be necessary. Instead of popping off at the mouth, take a moment to think about how you want to act/react then ask yourself, ‘Is what I am about to do/say going to serve anyone but me?” If the answer is no, then it is your signal to choose another path. As ever-expanding beings of light practicing compassion and kindness, this is your chance for more growth and learning. Do not let it pass you by, dear one. ~ Creator

“What are some areas of your life where you find you lose awareness quickly? Remember to be kind to yourself as you observe these instances where you lose awareness, and make a decision to choose differently.
When looking with the Holy Spirit, you will simply be Guided to take note of where you wander off track, and then, in this awareness, you are Guided to choose differently. Rather than continuing to wander, make the decision to stay on track by choosing to listen to the Holy Spirit, the Teacher of Peace, rather than the teacher of distraction and conflict. It is safe for you to make the change of going from mindlessness to mindFULNESS, and in fact, this is your Strength, your Power.
All Real Power is in and of your mind’s ability to make a different choice, to make a change, and the only meaningful change is which mind you choose to heed. Be kind to yourself by taking responsibility for your mind. Rather than continuing to listen to the lies that are your lower mind thoughts, use your mind to CHANGE, to CHOOSE to listen to Truth Thoughts which come from your Right Mind. Remember, your One Goal is Forgiveness, which is Healing, and which is Love.
