“Be and breathe, and release. Let go of your own ideas and trade them in for those of the Holy Spirit, instead. Remind yourself that you really don’t KNOW anything. Set your judgment aside and let yourself be Guided by Truth.
Imagine being free–truly free–which is you without judgment, without the false idea of separation. Breathe into life, and be. Make peace with what is. To judge is to fight what is, which gets you nowhere. To fight what is, is like treading water. It takes a great deal of energy, but gets you nowhere at all. Quit exhausting yourself with judgment and accept the freedom that comes from choosing to make peace with what is–and be quiet for a little while.
Lighten up about yourself, about your feelings, about your experience. You are NOT your feelings, your feelings come from your lower mind. Use them only as an indicator of which mind you have CHOSEN to listen to.
Taking responsibility for your choice reminds you that you have the power to change your mind. So, rather than letting how you feel RULE you, be the ruler of your mind by CHOOSING your Right Mind over your wrong mind, which is to choose Peace over conflict, Love over fear, Forgiveness over condemnation. Be and breathe, and recall that you are the mind that chooses and not the body that claims to be a victim.
