心の中で「不快感」を感知するとすぐに、最初に思考を捉えて、すぐに心を変えてください。 それらの思考は続いているかもしれませんが、残っている必要はありません。 それらを解放する方法は、それらと一体になるのをやめる事、–それらに反応するのをやめる事です。 むしろ、それらは解放されるために心の表面に浮かび上がってくる馬鹿げたことであると認識してください。

Today’s channeled message from the Master Jesus:
“Let go of all distracting thoughts. Make a decision to release the heavy patterns of negative thinking that the mind tends to immediately follow down the rabbit hole of attack.
Catch the thoughts at the beginning and make a change of mind right away, as soon as you sense an “offness” in your mind. Those thoughts may be ongoing, but they don’t have to remain. The way to release them is to cease identifying with them–to cease REACTING to them. Rather, recognize them as nonsense rising to the surface of your mind to be released.
Breathe into life and be. This is your classroom. Choose to follow and listen to the Teacher of Healing, the Teacher of Peace. Nothing in the world of form is perfect. It will never BE perfect, for this world was made from the imperfect ego mind. The call is for love, which is forgiveness and not condemnation.
As always, lighten up about yourself. Remember that you are NOT your person, you are NOT your separate identity, you are NOT your separate thoughts. The thought of separation is healed when you let it go.
