Patience Is Key
There may be times when you want to go with your first, initial reaction; to lash out, hurt, judge or make another person feel what you are feeling. These are the times when The Universe is asking you to take pause, to reflect on and feel into the root cause of the emotion. You may hope that it will take only a moment of your time, however, this is not always the case. First and foremost, practice self-love and care, honor who you are and your feelings, then turn it over to the Unconditional Love of All That Is. An answer may not come quickly, but it will come.
