One of the most important things you can do during this current shift is to be kind. An experience like this has never happened on your Earth-plane and each of you is going through your own unique set of challenges and reacting in a different way. Rather than judging, look at them through the eyes of compassion. This does not mean you need to abandon the boundaries you have so lovingly established…it does mean that others just need a break sometimes. “What is it that you truly want? Is it peace that you want? Is it healing? Then you must choose the thoughts that support this very state of MIND by choosing to listen to the Teacher of Peace and Healing, the Holy Spirit. Moment by moment, be and remain aware of your mind. Notice when you choose the wrong mind and then CHANGE YOUR MIND.
You are a mind and not a body. Rejoice that this is so, and breathe. Lighten up. Yes, things seem out of control, things appear to be very chaotic, and on the level of form this may be so. But this does not have to affect your state of mind. YOU can choose how you perceive the world by choosing to listen to the Teacher of Peace, rather than the teacher of chaos.
Take the time to select the Mind of Peace over the mind of conflict, and forgive yourself when you forget the One Goal, which is forgiveness. You are safe. Identify with Spirit, and you are Home. Identify with Spirit, and you are free. Accept the Atonement for yourself and be.
