Easy now…easy. Here, let The Universe turn on the light for you so you can see more clearly. There, that is a bit better! There is no sense in stumbling around in the dark when you have such an amazing tool at your disposal. Allow it to bring clarification, lighten dark and shadowy corners to bring out what really needs work. Dealing with all of this can seem daunting and overwhelming at first. “Make peace with what is and choose forgiveness rather than condemnation, acceptance rather than blame or judgment. Lighten up and breathe. You truly CAN do this, for you are a mind and not a body.
Go from the rigidity of the ego thought system to the ease and acceptance of the Thought System of the Holy Spirit, and look at the content of your thinking WITH the Holy Spirit. What meaning have you given it, what purpose? Is it for joining or for separating? The answer to these questions will give you a clue as to which mind you are working with. If you have chosen the wrong mind, be and breathe and choose again.
Forgiveness always and take responsibility for your thinking. Embrace this and utilize your ability to change your mind. Be and breathe and love.
