“Patience. Reprogramming your mind takes time. Let go, be patient, and be VIGILANT. Trust.
When the mind begins to assess and analyze and compare, then know you have chosen the wrong mind. You CAN change your mind. You CAN choose again. As soon as you notice your mind going in the direction of comparison, stop and lighten up and choose differently. Tell yourself, “I am not that, and this is of no use to me.”
Let go and let God, which means to choose forgiveness right then and there. It will take time, as all reprogramming does, but stick with it! Keep changing your mind. Don’t let yourself believe that your mistake calls for more mistakes, but rather, it calls for forgiveness, a change of mind. This includes being patient with the process. Let Love be your Guide and be.
