Scotland’s AI push is interesting because it shows both sides of the story.
There is real promise in healthcare, robotics, and public services.
But there is also the very physical reality of data centers, power demand, cooling, environmental cost, and job change. 

That is why the future of AI is not only about intelligence.
It is about infrastructure.
And infrastructure always raises the hardest questions.
