代表的な欲は、食欲、睡眠欲、性欲と言われていますね。
これ以外にも、様々な欲が生きるために存在しています。
欲は必要ですが、すべての欲はコントロールが必要です。
食べ過ぎてもいけませんし、寝すぎてもダメですよね。
性欲も強すぎるとよくない結果を引き寄せます。
そして、我欲と利他欲のバランスという観点も大切です。
自分が得したい、自分が勝ちたい、自分が認められたい
ばかりだと、充実した人生を送れません。
逆に、世のために貢献したい、他人の幸せのために働きたい
という欲を強く持っていると、自然と人生が充実していきます。
世の中全体の幸福を願うこと、他人の幸せを祈ることを習慣に
