まず、ビールグラスを空にする必要があります。

心もこのビールグラスのようなものなのです。

愛で一杯の幸せな心でいるためには、まず、心を空にする、心の掃除の習慣が必要なのです。

心を掃除して、心というビールグラスを空っぽにしましょう！

そして、まず、大愛、慈悲、感謝、感激、親切、利他心といった美しい波動を先に入れましょう！

美しい波動を先に入れて、美しい波動で器を満たし続けていれば、ヘドロが一滴落ちてきても、すぐ元通りの綺麗な心に戻ります。

心に入れる順番が大切なのです。

毎朝の目覚めたら、大愛、慈悲、感謝、感激、親切、利他心といった美しい波動を心に入れる、入れるための想像をする。このことを忘れずに実践しましょう！
