Normally I do not bake whole tart/cake as we never can finish it. On one weekend, we were invited to a big party and it happen to be one of our friend's birthday weekend. Me and my friend decided to do a surprise birthday do and I made this beautiful yet VERY easy tart.

Ingredients
Tart
Self raising flour 100g
Unsalted butter 50g
Caster sugar 40g
Filling
Milk 140ml
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Egg york 2
Butter 1/2 tbsp
Self raising flour 2-3tbsp
Whipping cream 100ml
Caster sugar 2tbsp
Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Pomegranate
Preparation
1. Process flour, sugar and butter in a food processor
2. Wrap in cling film and rest in fridge at least 1hour
3. Roll the dough about 2cm, put in a tart tin. Folk the tart return it to fridge for about 30 mins.
4. Preheat the oven to 180C
5. Fill the tart tin with rice/bean, bake for 15 mins
6. Cream sugar and butter, then fold in flour
7. Add milk and mixture in a small pan and put on medium heat
8. Stir constantly until it thickened
9. Pour the custard in a small baking tray, cover with cling film and leave it in fridge for about 1hour
10. Whip cream to a peak
11. Mix whipped cream and custard
12. Fill tart with custard mixture
13. Fill with various berries
