For a long time, we have been avoiding potato in our meals It is quite a big challenge here in England, where people are mostly eating potato in various styles in (almost) all meals....mushed, baked and of course, chips. Salad then start getting a high profile in our daily meal, but the problem is.....I do not like most of the dressings coming in a bottle. Thus, having various salad recipe was crucial otherwise we would have ended up either having our meal w/o any side dish or keep eating leaves like bunnies. We love our salad full flavored, and this is one of the perfect side salads.
