今日は、参加予定だったイベントが延期になったので、家にこもって、作品作りと読書
少し前に話題になった、スタンフォード大学の心理学者、ケリー・マクゴニガル女史が書いた本を読み返していて、下記の一節が心に響きましたので、ご紹介
要約すれば、現在、常に行う「選択」は未来の自分を創り、どんなに小さな「選択」であっても、その積み重ねは、やがて未来の自分に影響します。１０年、２０年先にある未来の自分を描き、今の「選択」を行いましょう、ということです。
If you put all these studies together in thinking about the future self,it becomes important to think about your future self as someone you care about and also as somebody who is receiving the consequences of the choices that you make today and recognizing that every single choice you make today is creating this future you who may be a very different version of you in both a good way or in a bad way.
Anything that you do, the time that you take to think about with clarity who do you want to be and how it is going to feel in 10 years or 20 years, if you continue to make the choices that you make today, that can be something that can give us a lot of motivation both in terms of inversting in our future and also appreciating the great possibility tha each of us has for change.

Heart Flower by bon monet
（ハートフラワー バイ ボン モマン）
黒のキャンバストートにピンクのハートフラワー
ちょっとフレンチっぽくしてみたかったので、ストライプのダブルリボンを左右に付けました
チェシャ猫バージョンの時は、少し潰してしまったのですが、今回はフリフリ花弁が上手く出来ました
こちらは、レッスンを受講してから、結構数を作ったので、３０分程度で製作出来るように
慣れると、指先がオートメーション化して、考え事しながら、チクチク縫える・・・・けれども、
油断していると、指に針を刺すというお決まりのパターンです

人とは違う、自分だけのトートバッグが作れます
ハンドメイドだと、既製品とは違った「味」が出て、自分のカラー（趣味）を全面に出せるので楽しくなります
明日、Miss Aliceは、いよいよ念願のデコカップケーキレッスン第１回目に行ってきます
