s9******4@gmail.com（******の代わりに193334を入れてください）Slow The recorded results are incorrect. Why?Errors in lap time measurement occur due to factors such as: • A malfunction in the iPhone's GPS function • An error in the app's code regarding the specific circuit • Incorrect iPhone settingsIf there is an issue with your iPhone's GPS functionGPS malfunctions include not only incorrect location data but also irregularities in the location update interval. In other words, even if Google Maps displays your correct location on your iPhone, that alone does not guarantee that the GPS function is operating normally. In fact, a GPS issue (an anomaly in the location update interval) occurred with iOS 26 (released alongside the iPhone 17); this app was affected by the issue, and we received numerous reports of measurement errors. We understand that this problem was resolved in subsequent iOS updates. If there is a malfunction in the GPS function, the following issues may occur: • Measurements are unstable, resulting in either accurate times or abnormally long times. • The abnormally long sector times are inconsistent and vary rather than always occurring at the same point. • While measurements are incorrect on the affected iPhone, other iPhones may record times correctly. If there is an error in the app's codeIf there is an error in the app's code, you may encounter issues such as: • No measurements are recorded at all. • The time for a specific sector is consistently incorrect. • The readings remain incorrect even when using a different iPhone.Checking the status of the issueIs this issue occurring on other iPhones as well?• If you have another iPhone, please use it to test this app at the circuit in question.• If you know anyone who uses "Racing Circuit Lap Timer" at that circuit, please ask them about the situation if possible. Is the malfunction limited to that specific circuit?• If you use multiple circuits, please try using that iPhone to take measurements at another circuit.Regarding countermeasuresIf the issue appears to be occurring only on that specific iPhone, there is a high probability of a malfunction in the device's GPS function. In that case, please try the following: • Update iOS • Check the iPhone's Location Services settingsThen, attempt the measurement again.Additionally, performing a factory reset (as mentioned in the notes) might be effective. If measurement issues occur with *any* iPhone at that specific circuit,or if the iPhone in question works correctly at *other* circuits, there may be an error in the app's code specific to that circuit; please contact the developer (Slow Life) regarding the issue.Remarks• If GPS reception is poor, operation may become unstable.• This app relies on the iPhone's GPS for lap timing. If GPS data cannot be obtained accurately, the app may not function correctly. If your iPhone is unable to acquire GPS information properly, there is information suggesting that a factory reset (resetting to factory settings) may fix the problem. However, this is a burden on the user and there is no guarantee that it will fix the problem, so please consider it carefully before proceeding.• The developer assumes no responsibility for any accident, violation, loss or claims by third parties which may arise from the use of this app.• If you have any questions, requests or bug reports, please contact us at the email address below.
