NHK連続テレビ小説まんぷくが面白い。
日清食品創業者夫婦の物語。
カップラーメンの原点は日本人を元気にしたいという創業者の心意気だと知った。
創業者の熱い思い、魂は今もその商品に間違いなく乗っている。
ある土曜日のランチ。
たまにはこんな昼も。
どん兵衛のあと乗せサクサク感は思いの外素晴らしい。
そして温玉ではなく、生卵を蕎麦を喰らう直前に落とす。
ゾゾゾと手繰り、サクサクと齧る。
そして最後に黄身と白身が混じり円やかになった汁を啜る。
うまい。
松本で手繰る本場の十割蕎麦は当然美味いけど、自宅で脱力しながら啜るどん兵衛もこれはこれで美味い。
味覚の振り幅は大きいほど人生を豊かにする。
手打ち蕎麦もインスタント麺も日本の宝だ。
ごちそうさまでした。
