I don't think people know the real meaning of a 'promise' these days.
Yes it's impossible to keep every promise you make, but what is the point in people making so many promises and don't keep any of them?
I found it so hard to believe promises in the past...
Too many people have broken too many promises to me lately.
Now I just don't believe them until the promise is actually kept...until it is actually fulfilled.
This isn't aimed at anyone...
It's just my thoughts.
So don't make me a promise if you don't intend on sticking to it.
Even then, I won't believe it until it's kept.
