今日はお客さんのアンナさんのお店Juan に行ってきました！オープンしてから1年弱ですけど、毎日ランチも予約しないといけないくらいの大人気なお店です！
Today I went to our client restaurant Juan in Redfern for lunch. Opened just under a year ago this popular Japanese spot is often booked out. For lunch I tried the unaju a eel based rice dish which is served with our Hojicha (roasted green tea) based dashi soup in a cute little teapot. Simply pour over the dish to add more flavours.
今日はうな重に私達のほうじ茶で作った出汁スープを食べてきました！味も染み込んでいて本当に美味しかったです！
デザートは黒ごまわらび餅と私達の八女抹茶と桜葉で作ったティラミスもいただいてきました！これも口にとろける感じに、桜も抹茶も香ばしく和って感じして美味しかったです！

For dessert it’s Sydney’s famous Sakura matcha tiramisu using our matcha from Yame Fukuoka and Sakura (Japanese cherry blossom) leaf. This combination has a delicate floral aroma and takes you into spring mode. A must try in Sydney
