自分の人生を変えるチャンスって毎日ある！この言葉は私は好きです。いろんな意味がこもっている感じがする。これは日々の仕事、リレーションシップ、などにもかかわる気もする。自分の人生は自分でコントロールする力があるからこそ、それを変えたいっていう意識があれば変えれることができると思ってます！今回はビジネス、会社立ち上げをしてみたい人に対して話ししていきますね^_^
“ゴールさえ見えてれば、人は助けてくれるし、そこにたどり着くことができる”って一回日本で言われたことがありました。当時は、そうななかな？っと思ったりもしてたけど、やっと意味が分かってきた気もするし、本当にその通りだと思うように最近なりました！
自分自信は会社始めて、今3年目に入りました。毎日コツコツとゴールを忘れずに、働いています。そこで、自分がどういう会社にしたいかとか、その日々の判断や決断で形になっていってます。よく、”言ってるだけじゃ、始まらない。ちゃんと行動に移しなさい”
とか お母さんに言われてきて、実感しています。
これは日々の生活だけでもなく、ビジネスの世界にもあてはまる言葉だと思います。
確かに、違う仕事やってみたいとか会社を立ててみたいって思ってる人は多いと思う。それでも、普通の安定してる日常生活から一歩踏み出るのが怖い、みんなにどう思われるだろう？お金とかどうしよう？などたくさん悩んで、夢を追わずに終わってしまう人も多いと思います。
変わるっていうことは、慣れてることが変わってしまう、恐れ、分からないことばかりで確かに自分も怖い時もたくさんあります。でも、その一歩を踏み出さなかったら何も変わりません！ぜひ、行動に移してみて、チャレンジしてみてください！以外とあ、これ、いけるかも？！ってなったりしますよ！
私はよく、どうやって会社なんて始めたの？とか聞かれます。私は今より若い時から、たくさん夢があります。ビジネスウーマンになることもその夢の一つでした。でも。ビジネスの社会なんてなーんにも知らなかったです。どこで、どうして、どのふうに始めていいかさえ、分からなかったです！でも、やっぱり、身の回りの人は助けてくれるもんです！タイミングというのも大事ですね、それと、アイデア！タイミングは自分自信が行動に移せる勢いとことです！それぞれまとめ始めると不思議なことに形になっていくもんですよ！
まず始めにやることは、とにかくいろんな人と話すこと！話せば話すほど、いろんな提案、意見、経験交換などできて、楽しくなります！次はリサーチですね！とにかくリサーチ！今なんて、スマホとかでも簡単に調べれる時代だからこそ、いろんな情報が手に入るはずです！法律、税金、ライセンス、会社名、名義、会社内容、銀座などすべてリサーチしてみてね！そこのベースができればあとは勢いとそって、まとめていくことです！
自分が好きなふうに工夫して、好きな感じで会社を形にしていくことができますよ！
もちろん、ある程度会社やってる人をみると、簡単にそこまで行けたんだって思っちゃう人もたくさんいると思います。でも、会社たてるのは簡単とはいえませんね。自分の努力、時間、すべてつくせば、自分の目指してるゴールに進みます。中途半端にやる人は中途半端にせっかくのチャレンジがそこで終わってしまいます。そこですね、ちゃんと行動に移して、辛いことがあっても、チャレンジと思い、乗り越えていかないと会社は続きません。みなさんも、頑張ってください！私もまだまだビジネスの社会では学ぶことが山ほどあります。でも、学ぶからこそ、楽しくできています！もちろん、身の回りにいる友達、家族、ビジネス関係の人々には感謝です！彼達がサポートしてくれなかったからここまで来れなかったと思ってます！。。。。ありがとう^_^
今日からその一歩、踏み出してください！

I love this quote with the deep meaning and truth behind it. I think it applies to all aspects of life such as work, business, friendship, relationships, down to the food we eat. You’re in control of your life and have the ability to make it the way you want to live it! I’m hoping people who are interested or thinking of setting up or starting a business can get motivated and be positive from this.
Someone once told me ‘if you want to succeed, focus on your goal and never lose sight of it.’ Personally, I make baby steps every day with my business and gear it to the way I want it to be. Making these daily decisions about the business without veering from my goals keeps me motivated and leads me to where I want to be with it all. Like the quote you have to make the changes to make it happen and that’s exactly what I’m doing. Be a doer and not just a talker! Actions speak louder than words! Something mum always says to me! But this also applies in the business world!
It might be scary or daunting for you to leap out of the norm or your routine to make that change in career. But remember people will always help you. If you have a dream to run your own business, make it your goal and start acting on it!
Change is not always a bad thing, think of it positively! Just remember you’re not alone in changing your life style or career, people do it every day.
People always ask me how did I start?!
To be honest I always had a dream to have my own business, although I didn’t know anything about business and didn’t know what to do in business. Main thing is good timing, good ideas and bringing it all together. What I mean by good timing is when you have it in you, that you’re ready to take the chance to change your life. We all have this chance every day but it’s upto us when we decide to make that change!
First thing is talk to people! The more you talk to, the more ideas, support, inspiration and feedback you get! Secondly research, research and research more! Learn all about your business market, target audience, finances, taxes, laws, licences that you may need to operate.
Thirdly just go for it! Nothing will be perfect, it’s all a learning kerb, you make mistakes, you get advice, you learn some more and start moulding it all together and before you know it you’ll find you have your own structured business the way you want and like it. It seems simple and easy but you’ve to dedicate a lot of hard work and time to achieve your goals, believe me it doesn’t happen over night! Dedication, motivation and support from the people around you gets you there! For that I thank all my friends, family and business relations I’ve made over the past 3 years.
If you’re not happy in your job or always had a dream of making your own business, take that risk and take those baby steps to change YOUR life!
