Made it happen today! Presented our new gelato range of matcha, hojicha and Sakura (japaneae cherry blossom) to a major Japanese food distributor in Sydney. All managers from interstate and New Zealand came for an annual meeting so it was the perfect opportunity for us to meet everyone and get them to taste and give us feedback of our new products! And it was a success! A big hit was the Sakura gelato, a brew flavour for the Australian market and yet a beautiful nostalgic spring flavour for Japanese.

Feel like all the hard work, effort and time spent over the past year and a half making the gelatos was worth it!
We will start production in the coming weeks and you soon will be able to have our gelatos in restaurants and cafes across Australia! Watch out for our individual small tubs under the brand name of matcha matcha 🍵
