AKこと、柿原朱美さん。
最初にお会いしたのは、東日本大震災の追悼式だった。
母国を想うチャリティー活動に声を上げた日系人をまとめ上げて、総合司会をされていた。
全身から愛というオーラが溢れ出る美しい女性、皆に愛を注ぎ、皆が愛を注ぐ人。
全米でヒットチャートを飛ばすシンガーソングライターとして有名だけれど、
今井美樹さんが歌う「空に近い週末」を作曲したのがAKさんだと知って衝撃を受けた。
たくさんのミュージシャンに提供した数々の名曲は、世界中でたくさんの人を救ったことだろう。
そんなAKさんが、娘・千璃のために、素敵な曲をプレゼントしてくださった。
彼女がとても落ち込んだ時に書いた曲だという。
辛い時にこそ、小さな幸せに気付いて感謝できる瞬間。
透明感溢れるイノセントな歌声は、まさに天からの贈り物。

Ms. Akemi Kakihara has known as AK in the world.
I first met her at a memorial service for the Great East Japan Earthquake.
She was the general chairperson of the event, organizing the Japanese in New York who had raised their voices for charity activities in memory of their mother country.
She is a beautiful woman whose aura of love overflows from her entire body, a person who pours love into everyone, and everyone runs love into her.
She is famous as a singer-songwriter who has been a chart-topping hit in the U.S.
I was shocked to learn that AK composed the song "Sora-ni-Chikai-Shumatsu, Weekend the Sky is Near" by Miki Imai.
She has written many great songs for many musicians, which must have saved many people worldwide.
Mr. AK gave me an excellent song for my daughter, Seri.
She wrote this song when she was very depressed.
In those difficult times, we can notice and appreciate the small moments of happiness.
Her clear and innocent voice is truly a gift from heaven.
