「The Gallery」

I received a message from Shintaro in Ginza, Japan.

She said she would unveil her "Shintaro gonomi UTSUWA" in New York.

The collection of UTSUWA, tableware, carefully selected by Shintaro, will be coming across the ocean.

The venue is "The Gallery," which has been the talk of the town since its opening last fall.

I was delighted to be able to visit the pop-up shop, held only for three days.

Chef Odo, the owner of "The Gallery," is famous for his taste and choice of tableware.

He has been collecting his beautiful dishes to add a touch of color to the food served at "odo."

The event, a collaboration of these my favorite people, has spread by word of mouth.

More than 90% of UTSUWA she shipped to New York have been purchased by New Yorkers.

Japanese culture and traditions have now become the full-fledged status of the United States.
