困った時には助け合ったり、互いを高め合うことに、努力を惜しまない。
平成最後のシェフズナイトは、土曜の営業が終わってから深夜のスタート。
ニューヨークで活躍するシェフとその近しい仲間、60名超が参加した。
寿司を握るシェフ、肉を焼くシェフ、酒をふるまうシェフ。
この上なく贅沢な夜、食べることは究極の幸せ。
それだけは、間違いない。

Heisei's last chef's night started late at night after Saturday business was over.
Over 60 active chefs from New York and their close friends participated.
A chef who made sushi, a chef who baked meat, and a chef who served beverage.
That was an extravagant night, eating was the ultimate happiness.
That was no doubt.
