人を紹介するというのは、本来そんなに生易しいものではない。
それまで築き上げた信頼関係を、一瞬にして壊されてしまうこともある。
コーディネートという仕事。
どんなに調整が大変であったとしても、お客様には結果しか見えない。
そのために費やした時間も労力も、まったく評価されない。
そんな労働対価はタダ同然だと思っている方々が多い。
それでも私は「丁寧な人繋ぎ」を続けていきたい。
「ありがとう」の一言で、私は生き返る。
それがきっと、次に繋がっていく。
