でも、今を憂いてうつむいて歩くよりも、未来のために空を見上げたい。

This statue is "Looking Up," a series of masterpieces by Montana native Tom Friedman.
"A request to look beyond oneself to engage in wonder, discovery, awe and also positivity."
Mr. Friedman's creative intentions are genuinely profound and challenging for the average person to understand.
But I want to look up the sky thinking for the future, rather than walk around with my head down by worrying about the present.
In times like now, the message that it is essential to look up is heartfelt.
