日本では４大ドームツアーを行うようなアーティストでも、
米国ニューヨークで公演する時には、10分の１くらいの規模の会場を使用する。
ドームなら米粒程度にしか見えない彼らが、手の届きそうな距離でパフォーマンス
してくれるという機会。
特別なファンでなくとも、ここで日系アーティストのコンサートに行くことは、
米国在住者の醍醐味でもある。
友人から「予習すべき曲」情報を仕入れたものの、当日までじっくり歌詞を覚える
時間がなかったけれど、
公演５分前になっても、まだ会場に収納しきれないほど長蛇の列に並ぶファンの
意気込みに、少しずつ気持ちが盛り上がる。
決して「カメラフリー」とは公言されていないけれども、会場スタッフも黙認のなか、
熱狂的なファンから全世界に実況中継が配信される。
オールスタンディングフロアーには、日本の会場では禁止されているサイリウムを
持って声援を送るファンも多い。
危なっかしいほどたどたどしい英語のMC、シュールな３D映像演出、完璧なまでに
振付を覚えているファン達の動きを見ているだけでも楽しい。
体感気温氷点下になるほど冷え込んだ週末の夜。
ミッドタウンにあるコンサート会場の熱気は、街の空気をほんの少し温めたに違いない。
When the artists, such as performing four large dome tours in Japan,
perform in the United States New York, they use a small size of the venue.

I really enjoyed all things such as the MC of childish English, the surreal 3D
video production, and the fans movement who remember the choreography
in perfect.
It was a very chilly night of weekend.
The hot air of the concert venue in the Midtown warmed up the town just a little.
