おおいに盛り上がった今夏のオリンピックゲーム。
スポーツチャンネルはオンタイムで米国人の活躍を中継し、
米国のメダル獲得数はダントツ世界一だった。
しかし、アメフトのスーパーボールや、野球のワールドシリーズほど
国民が熱狂的になることはない。
日本人の活躍をライブで見ることも出来ず、
日本列島が多いに沸いた様子だけが伝わってくる。
当初は少しばかり取り残された感もあったけれど、
閉会式の臨場感を米国人と共有できたのも、ここならでは。
安倍首相や小池都知事への賛否よりも、
日本発信の音楽や演出を世界に知らしめた効果は大きい。
いよいよ東京へ。
目標はすでにロックオンされている。
