「どんな仕事をしているのか」と聞かれる。
「何でもやる」と答える。
でも、責任を持って出来ると判断するまでに、相当悩む。
やると決めたらとことんやる性分だから、決して安請け合いはしない。
お金で仕事を選んだことはない。
たくさんの辛辣も味わってきたから、慎重になる。
お互いにどこまで信頼できるかを、まず考える。
心の琴線に触れるパッションを受け止めた時、損得勘定なしで応援しようと思う。
そこにはきっと互いの相性もあるけれど、絶対に裏切らないと自分に誓う。
きっと「裏方の裏方」というのが正しい。
主役を輝かせるための裏方がいるとしたら、私はそのさらに裏方になる。
表に立つことはないけれど、「裏方の裏方」の存在に気付いてくれる人がいることが、
心の支えになったりもする。
常にアクシデントはつきもので、完璧にコーディネートすることは難しい。
計算していた通りに事が進まないと、お客様の満足度は一気に下降する。
